Terms and Conditions of Use – DetectLove

Access to the DetectLove website (hereinafter "Site") and purchase of related digital fidelity test services (hereinafter "Service") imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions ("T&C"). If you do not intend to accept them, do not use the Site or purchase the services.

Client: who purchases the Service and provides the necessary data. Tester: verified freelancer who, through a real and coherent profile, digitally interacts with the partner to be tested ("Tested"). Report: collection of chats and pixelated, anonymous images, delivered to the Client via secure time-limited link. Third-party Platforms: Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram or others indicated by the Client.

DetectLove offers exclusively a digital service of online interaction between Tester and Tested, aimed at evaluating couple loyalty. No physical contacts, offline investigative activities, legal or psychological counseling are performed.

The Client declares to be at least 18 years old. By accepting the Service, the Client ensures that the Tested has also reached 18 years of age. The Client declares to be at least 18 years old and to possess the informed consent of the Tested or a legitimate interest according to applicable regulations. The Client guarantees to possess a legitimate interest and that the use of the Service does not violate the laws of the place where the Tested resides.

The Service can be requested and executed only in jurisdictions where such activity is lawful. By accepting these T&C, the Client declares and guarantees that: the Tested is located (or will be contacted) in a Country, State or territory in which digital fidelity tests are permitted by local regulations; has verified the legality of the Service in the Tested's jurisdiction; will hold DetectLove harmless from any consequences arising from possible violations of local laws.

The Client indicates the preferred or most used Third-party Platform by the Tested. The Tester contacts the Tested with a natural approach, without revealing the Client's identity. Upon completion, the Tester blocks the conversation; the Tested receives no notification of the operation nor of who requested it.

Only text messages and pixelated images that do not allow direct identification of the Tested. It is forbidden to request or send sexually explicit, discriminatory or illicit material.

All evidence is archived on encrypted servers; the Report is provided via secure link that expires automatically. After the download period (maximum 7 days), files are permanently deleted; only metadata not traceable to physical persons remains. DetectLove adopts adequate technical and organizational measures to safeguard the privacy of Client, Tester and Tested; phone numbers, usernames and faces are obscured.

Personal data is processed through automated tools and according to logic strictly related to the purposes for which it was collected (Service provision, technical management, legal compliance). DetectLove retains such data for the time strictly necessary to achieve said purposes or for longer periods only if required by applicable regulations. Specific security measures are adopted to prevent loss, illicit use, alteration or unauthorized access. Access to data is limited to authorized personnel and, within strictly necessary limits. DetectLove recognizes and attributes great value to responsible and private use of processed information, committing to constantly review and improve its protection measures.

Prices are indicated at checkout; payment is made through secure third-party providers. Since the Service is personalized digital content whose execution begins with the Client's consent, no refunds are provided, except for technical errors attributable to DetectLove.

The Report is intended for exclusively personal use. Any reproduction or distribution to third parties is prohibited except with written authorization from DetectLove.

DetectLove and its collaborators are not responsible for: a) personal decisions or consequences of the Client based on the Report; b) malfunctions of Third-party Platforms; c) force majeure events, cyber attacks or actions by third parties. The potential overall liability of DetectLove will not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the disputed Service.

The Client acknowledges being solely responsible for the use made of the Service and undertakes to: use the Service exclusively for lawful purposes and in accordance with these T&C; compensate and hold DetectLove and its collaborators harmless from any claim, cost, damage or sanction arising from: a) violation of these T&C or legal norms; b) improper or illicit use of the Service; c) false or inaccurate information provided to DetectLove. DetectLove reserves all action to protect its rights should the Client violate such obligations.

DetectLove may suspend or terminate access to the Service without notice in case of law violations or T&C breaches.

The T&C may be updated at any time; the current version is the one published on the Site at the time of use. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of modifications.

These T&C are governed by applicable regulations. Any dispute will be submitted to competent jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
