Refund Policy
Terms for requesting a refund on relationship review reports
1. Eligibility
You may request a refund if we cannot complete the review as agreed in your plan, or if a technical error attributable to DetectLove prevents report delivery.
2. How to Request
Email info@detectlove.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and reason. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
3. Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Once manual review has begun, refunds may be partial or unavailable depending on work already completed.
4. Exclusions
No refunds when the review has been completed and delivered, when provided information is incorrect or incomplete, or when service use violates our Terms and Conditions.
