Privacy & Cookie Policy – DetectLove

This information describes how DetectLove (hereinafter "we" or "DetectLove") collects, uses, stores and protects personal data of users (hereinafter "User") who visit or use the DetectLove website ("Site") and related digital fidelity test services ("Service"), as well as the methods of cookie usage.

Navigation data (IP address, user‑agent, timestamp, access logs); Contact data provided by the User (name, e‑mail, contacts); Service operational data: for strictly technical‑operational reasons we use to provide the service, integrally the content of conversations between Tester and Tested (integral chat contents). We send the Client a Report that contains only chat excerpts with partially obscured numbers and exclusively pixelated images, to prevent direct identification of the Tested (we do not send videos or audio). Processing occurs with automated tools, in protected environments, according to logic strictly related to the indicated purposes. Specific security measures are adopted to prevent loss, illicit use or unauthorized access. Access to data is limited to authorized personnel and collaborators.

Service Data (integral chat contents) ➔ stored only for the time necessary for provision and deleted within 7 days from Report delivery to the Client; The Report sent to the Client that contains only chat excerpts with partially obscured numbers and exclusively pixelated images, to prevent direct identification of the Tested (we do not send videos or audio). Technical metadata and logs ➔ stored up to 5 years for legal obligations and for defending DetectLove's rights; Data for marketing purposes (e.g. name, e‑mail, User browsing preferences and Client information) ➔ stored until consent revocation or deletion request.

Data may be communicated to: cloud infrastructure providers and payment services, as data processors; legal consultants or competent authorities, when required by law; no data is publicly disseminated.

The User can, at any time, request: access to their own data; rectification or updating of the same; deletion or limitation of processing; portability of provided data; objection to processing for legitimate reasons or revocation of consent for purposes based on consent. We use encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication for access to internal systems, encrypted backups and continuous monitoring to prevent unauthorized access.

The Site and Service are intended exclusively for adult users. The Client guarantees that both they and the Tested have reached 18 years of age.
