How we manage and delete your personal data
1. What Data We Store
We store contact data, order information, service operational data (details provided for the review), and technical metadata necessary to deliver the service securely.
2. How to Request Deletion
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@detectlove.com from the email associated with your order. We will verify your identity before processing the request.
3. Retention Period
Service operational data and reports are automatically deleted within 7 days of delivery. Technical metadata and billing records may be retained up to 5 years for legal obligations.
